Ms. Lang is a seasoned Cognita educator with 17 years of early childhood and elementary education curriculum expertise. She has 12 years of international experience as a principal in New Zealand, England, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. She has worked as Deputy Head of School at the International School Saigon Pearl Ho Chi Minh City and as former Director of Teaching & Learning and Designated Safeguarding Lead at Woodlands Preschools Hong Kong.

Ms. Lang brings an engaging inquiry-based approach to curriculum development. She will continue to grow the Elementary school community inclusively through collaboration, empowerment, and with focus on the established culture of care.
