Andrés González

Originally from Spain, Andrés joined Stamford after 6 years of teaching Spanish in Hong Kong and Spain. He has been working as a Spanish teacher for children, teenagers, and adults in schools and universities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, and an International Postgraduate Certificate in Education. He is a joyful and enthusiastic language teacher, and he firmly believes that every member of a school community must be a model for students. He loves motivating children and sharing his passion for learning through playful, engaging, and meaningful lessons every day. He also has a background as a costume designer and puppet master.

Andrés says, “I am passionate about sharing my culture and language with students. I firmly believe that students benefit the most when they are in the care of teachers who teach with heart and will be encouraged to explore another language.”
