Language Learning at Stamford
Language learning is an important part of life at Stamford. The appreciation of other languages and cultures is a key element to global citizenship, so students receive daily language instruction. In addition to languages, we encourage an open-mind not only amongst peers here at Stamford but through life across education, work, and travel.
Daily Mandarin or Spanish Program
Chinese and Spanish are two of the most widely spoken languages in the world, to broaden our student’s knowledge and opportunities we offer a choice of these two languages as an integral part of our daily core curriculum from age five. In high school, students can also choose to study a dual language IB diploma.
