Transforming Design and Technology Labs for Modern Learning

Today's education is transitioning between face-to-face and digital learning. Design and Technology Labs must adapt to this evolution without introducing technological barriers. The goal is not to clutter the classroom with screens but to integrate technology seamlessly and functionally.

This includes accessible power outlets, reliable connectivity, intuitive audiovisual solutions, and furniture designed to support the use of devices and tools. Digitizing the classroom enhances access to resources and enables students to spark curiosity and personalized learning.

The library and research hub at West Kowloon campus is thoughtfully located overlooking the scenic Hoi Fai Road Promenade. It offers a calm and inspiring environment that encourages learning, inquiry, and collaboration, connecting students and faculty with both knowledge and nature.

Fostering Stamford Community Connection

The harborfront canteen can be transformed into an open auditorium that accommodates up to 180 people for formal events. Beyond this, It also serves as a versatile space for socializing and collaboration, featuring iconic tiered seating for 120 that extends the social area outside the hall itself.

Spaces that inspire collaboration and informal meetings become vibrant hubs of creativity. Well-designed common areas ignite spontaneous conversations, foster cooperation, and spark shared innovation.

The areas between classrooms, wide corridors, and staircases transformed into bleachers extend the classroom experience, inviting learning everywhere. With accessible, comfortable furniture tailored for diverse interactions, these environments empower us to connect and create together.

This will be where dreams take shape! Our black box theatre with retractable seats and dressing rooms can accommodate up to 102 people.
