The Spike Lab, who has been helping children discover their passions and gain entry into Ivy League Universities in America is offering a 3-day “Skills for a Successful Future” workshop for teens. This 3-day course will give your child skills that will help prepare them for success in high school and beyond. Students will develop critical thinking skills and increase their confidence as they learn how to make a successful pitch which is a key skill in today's competitive world.

Day 1 Design Thinking & Lean Innovation: Students come up with an innovative idea using Stanford d. School’s Design Framework as a guide. Students follow the same framework as the leading Silicon Valley startups to develop their ideas and assess their impact.
Day 2 Prototyping, testing and pitch introduction: Students build low fidelity and high-fidelity prototype of increasing resolution. Students develop minimal viable product and learn about pitching.
Day 3 Pitching: Students polish pitches and present to "investors".
***This program is only open to children ages 13-17.
