Our University Counselor, Ms. Christina Meherg, will be sharing insights on how to talk to your kids about difficult situations, for example, the coronavirus pandemic, how to look for signs of stress in children and adults, and some healthy ways to manage stress.

Christina Meherg

Christina graduated from The University of North Alabama with a degree in Secondary Education and Social Science. She completed fellowship programs with Princeton in Asia and Teach For America during where she had the opportunity to teach collegiate English in rural Thailand and then history to high school students in an under-resourced, urban school district.
